Delhi Street Food: The strange experiments of Indian street food have once again become a topic of discussion on social media. Sometimes Samosa Pizza, sometimes Chai Maggi and now Bhatura Pizza has come in front of people. A street vendor near Delhi’s GTB Nagar metro station gave the traditional Bhature such a shape that it looked like a pizza.
Seeing this Indian-foreign fusion, social media users are both surprised and angry. Many people are calling it ‘atrocity’ in the name of food experiment, while some are considering it as a miracle of Jugadu mind.

Video went viral on social media
In the viral video, it can be seen that the street food vendor uses a big Bhatura as a pizza base. First he applies tomato chutney on the bhatura, then adds onion, capsicum, sweet corn and cheese on it. After this, cheese is grated heavily on Bhature.
Oregano, chili flakes, tandoori sauce and cream cheese are also added to enhance the taste. Some people are claiming that momo sauce has also been used in it. Finally, this Bhatura pizza is put in the oven and after a few minutes the unique Indian-Italian fusion is ready.

This video has been shared from the Instagram account @oye.foodieee, which has been viewed by millions of people so far. As soon as the video went viral, there was a flood of funny comments from users. One user wrote, “Brother, if you had added chickpeas also, the complete package would have been made.” Another said, “India and Italy are both searching for their brother.”
Another user sarcastically wrote, “Pizza and Bhatura both have been put to death.” However, there are some people who liked this new experiment and called it the creativity of street food.
