Traffic advisory issued regarding Lionel Messi’s Delhi event, today there will be restrictions on these routes, vehicles will pass through these routes

Delhi Traffic Advisory: Argentina’s star football player Lionel Messi will be in Delhi today i.e. on Monday. Where he will participate in ‘Lionel Messi GOAT India Tour – Delhi Leg’ to be held at Arun Jaitley Stadium in Delhi. In view of Lionel Messi’s program, Delhi Police has issued a traffic advisory. This program of Messi will take place on Monday from 1 pm to 4 pm. A large number of spectators are expected to attend his program. In such a situation, there will be restrictions on many roads of the capital. Where common vehicles will not be able to pass. Traffic has been diverted on these routes. In such a situation, people will have to resort to alternative routes to travel.

Which roads of Delhi will be banned?

Due to Lionel Messi’s program, there will be more traffic than usual on many routes in Delhi today. To save people from crowds and jams, the traffic police has advised people to avoid many roads between 12 noon and 5 pm. Today i.e. Monday, traffic diversion will be in force on both sides of Jawahar Lal Nehru Marg from Rajghat to Delhi Gate and Kamla Market. While traffic diversion will remain in force from Delhi Gate to Ramcharan Aggarwal Chowk (ITO) and on both sides of Bahadurshah Zafar Marg, from Turkman Gate to Delhi Gate and Asaf Ali Road.

Delhi Traffic Police has said that people should be prepared for diversion and restrictions in movement on Bahadurshah Zafar Marg and Jawaharlal Nehru (JLN) Marg on Monday. Along with this, there will be restrictions on movement of heavy vehicles from Daryaganj to Bahadurshah Zafar Marg and from Guru Nanak Chowk to Asaf Ali Road.

From where will spectators enter the stadium?

Whereas the spectators going to the stadium to watch Messi’s program will have entry from gate number 1 to 8 from the southern direction of Bahadurshah Zafar Marg. Whereas spectators will get entry from gate number 10 to 15 from Jawaharlal Nehru Marg side, near Ambedkar Stadium Bus Terminal. At the same time, entry can also be made from near the petrol pump located on the western side of Bahadurshah Zafar Marg from gate number 16 to 19.
