On this day, the match between Delhi Capitals and Mumbai Indians will be played at Arun Jaitley Stadium. The timing of the match is scheduled from 3 pm to 7:30 pm, but according to the traffic police, there will be very high vehicular pressure around the stadium from 1 pm to 9 pm.

Officials are appealing to people to plan alternative routes in advance if they are planning to visit the stadium and surrounding areas. Leave extra time for travel. Avoid crowded areas if possible. The traffic police also said that there may be difficulty in reaching the stadium on time due to parking around the stadium and huge crowd on the main roadways, hence the public has been appealed to travel safely and cautiously.

According to the traffic police, there will be very high vehicular pressure around the stadium from 1 pm to 9 pm. Affected major routes: Bahadur Shah Zafar Marg, JLN Marg, Asaf Ali Road, traffic jams may occur on these roads, hence passengers have been advised to avoid these routes.

There will be a ban on movement of heavy and commercial vehicles on BSZ route and some parts of JLN route during the stipulated time. Its purpose is to keep the general traffic smooth. Proposed routes for stadium entry: South and West gates using BSZ route East gate: Entry via JLN route Passengers should choose alternative routes to avoid traffic jams and reach on time, leave with extra time and avoid crowded areas.

Stadium Parking:

There will be no parking allowed near the stadium, only authorized vehicles will be allowed. Free parking will be available for general visitors at Mata Sundari Road, Rajghat Power House Road and Velodrome Road. Park and ride facility will also be available from these places.
