Healthy Snacks Recipes in Hindi: Dahi Vada Cake
Material: 2 cups urad dal (soaked for 6 hours), 2 green chillies, 1 tsp cumin, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp asafoetida, small piece of ginger, sweet chutney, green chutney, sev, boondi, pomegranate seeds, roasted cumin powder, red chilli powder, black salt.
Method: Grind soaked urad dal with ginger, green chilli and cumin and make a thick paste. Add salt and asafoetida and beat the mixture well for 3-4 minutes. Now add a little Eno to it. Pour the mixture into a greased container and steam for 25-30 minutes. Take out the prepared vada from the mold and cut it into two parts from the middle. Sprinkle water mixed with salt and sugar over it. Mix hung curd with salt, sugar and a little beetroot juice, give it a beautiful color and apply it on the vada. Garnish by adding sweet chutney, green chutney, sev, boondi, pomegranate seeds, black salt and roasted powder.

Strawberry Mousse
Material: ½ cup strawberry chocolate, 2 tbsp Amul cream, ½ cup strawberry crush, 2 tsp strawberry crush (to serve), ½ cup whipped cream, strawberries cut in heart shape.
Method: Melt the strawberry chocolate and add cream to it and mix well. This will prepare strawberry ganache. Beat the whipped cream well. Add strawberry crush and prepared strawberry ganache to it and mix gently. Put half a teaspoon of strawberry crush in a short glass. Fill the mousse in a piping bag with a 3D nozzle and pour it into the glass. Decorate with heart shaped strawberries on top. Cool it in the fridge and serve.
Steps to make
1. Prepare strawberry chocolate ganache.
2. Add strawberry crush and ganache to whipped cream.
3. Add strawberry crush to glass.
4. Fill a piping bag with mousse.
5. Garnish with strawberries and serve after cooling.

Sattu Choco Bites

Material: 6-8 dates (seeded), ½ cup sattu, 1½ tbsp cocoa powder, 1 tbsp finely chopped cashews, almonds and pistachios, 1 t
Spoon butter.
Method: Add dates, sattu, cocoa powder and butter in a mixer jar and grind them coarsely. Take out this mixture in a bowl. Add finely chopped cashews, almonds and pistachios and mix well. Now take a silicone mold and add some finely chopped pistachios or your favorite nuts in it. Fill the prepared mixture in the mold and set it by pressing lightly. After some time, take out the chocolates from the mold. Steps to make
1. Grind dates, sattu, cocoa powder and butter.
2. Add chopped nuts to the mixture.
3. Fill the mixture in the silicone mold.
