While the Panchayat building looks complete from outside, but when you go there and see the actual situation, neither the doors nor the windows have gates.

The matter of making the floor inside the building is different, the soil has not even been leveled. In such a situation, how are the computers purchased for the Gram Panchayat fulfilling their responsibilities? In such a situation, computers would either be enhancing the beauty of the village head’s house or gathering dust in the bag of the Panchayat Secretary.
