State President of Samajwadi Party Shyam Lal Pal has given a memorandum to the Chief Electoral Officer Uttar Pradesh demanding that Moradabad Divisional Commissioner Anjaneya Kumar Singh, Moradabad District Supply Officer Ajay Pratap Singh and Kundarki Police Station Head Pradeep Kumar Sehrawat be sent out of Moradabad district with immediate effect. It should be transferred so that the by-election of 29-Kunderki can be conducted in a free, fair and fear-free manner.
It has been said in the memorandum that Moradabad Divisional Commissioner Anjaneya Kumar Singh is of Sikkim cadre and has been on deputation in the state for more than 9 years and 8 months. His tenure under Moradabad division has been more than 5 years and 8 months. In the last Lok Sabha and Assembly elections also, he was accused of influencing the elections and there was a demand for his removal. The elections are being affected while they continue on the post of Divisional Commissioner. Without their removal, it is not possible for the 29-Kunderki Legislative Assembly by-election to be conducted in a free, fair and fear-free manner.
He further wrote, Kundarki police station head Pradeep Kumar Sehrawat is calling Nagar Panchayat members, village heads, public representatives to the police station, keeping their mobile phones outside and pressurizing them to vote in favor of BJP, threatening them with implicating them in fake cases and sending them to jail. . Those who did not vote in favor of BJP are being warned to move out of Kundarki assembly constituency 2 days before voting.

The allegation is that District Supply Officer Ajay Pratap Singh is calling the Kotdars and harassing them for campaigning and voting in favor of the BJP candidate and by calling twenty thousand truck owners, they are being threatened and intimidated to vote for the ruling party.
