Demanding a ban on the release of the film ‘Black Deer: Battle for Legacy’, Salman Khan reached Delhi High Court, said – ‘My name is being used for profit…’
New Delhi. Bollywood actor Salman Khan has filed a petition in the Delhi High Court to ban the release of ‘Kala Hiran: Battle for Legacy’. He alleges that this film is based on his 1998 Blackbuck Poaching Case. The court will soon hear the petition seeking interim stay in this case.

Salman Khan reached Delhi High Court as soon as the promo was released
In the petition filed in Delhi High Court, Salman Khan has claimed that the makers of the film have used an actor who looks like him. In the promo of the film, a person is shown who looks like him and is also wearing a bracelet like Salman’s. According to the Salman Khan petition, the makers are using Salman Khan’s name and image without permission to promote their film, which is a direct violation of his publicity and personality rights.
Court proceedings may be affected

Salman Khan has said in his petition that the release of the film can affect the ongoing legal proceedings against him and harm his public image. This is why he has demanded a ban on film production, promotion, release and streaming.
Salman Khan has sent legal notice to the makers
Let us tell you that producer Amit Jani had announced the film ‘Black Deer’ a few days ago. This film is based on the Blackbuck Poaching Case of superstar Salman Khan. In the first poster of the film, Salman was seen pointing a gun in his hand. After this, Salman Khan has sent a notice to the makers of ‘Black Deer’. They demanded to stop the production and promotion of the film. However, Amit Jani clearly said that he will not respond to this notice. He also shared a video, in which he was seen tearing the notice of Salman Khan.
The case will be heard today
Now the makers have released the first look of ‘Black Deer’, in which a man is shown who looks like Bhaijaan and is also wearing a bracelet like Salman Khan. As soon as the promo was released, Salman Khan has now approached the High Court. This case is being heard today.

Salman sent legal notice regarding ‘Black Deer’
A legal notice was sent by Salman regarding ‘Black Deer’. On behalf of Salman, law firm DSK Legal has sent a legal notice to casting director Akshay Pandey. In this notice, a demand was made to immediately stop the production and promotion of the proposed film named ‘Black Deer’.
Torn the legal notice received from Salman
The film’s producer Amit Jani had torn the legal notice received from Salman Khan. Jani had said in the video shared on the official Instagram account, everyone is asking me, media, friends, what do you have to say on Salman Khan’s notice? What should I say on this notice? For the last 36 hours, his fan following of Muslim boys from Dongri, Dharavi, Jogeshwari, his toolkit has sent thousands of messages to kill me, come to Mumbai and behead me and through his toolkit, a message, whether real or fake, I don’t know, has been sent in the name of D-Company. D-Company will not leave.
Jani further said that then to whom should I answer? Should I respond to the thousands of abuses and threats made by Salman Khan’s toolkit? Should I respond to this notice?
Earlier, in the video posted on the official Facebook account, Amit Jani had said that our entire film is not a biopic of Salman Khan. Our entire film is not from Salman Khan’s perspective.
