Denta Water and Infra IPO: GMP of this issue is indicating Big gains
New Delhi: Denta Water and Infra IPO will open for subscription on January 22, 2025 and close on 25th January. The book built issue of Rs 220.50 crore, is entirely a fresh issue of 0.75 crore shares. The price band is fixed in the range of Rs 279 to Rs 294 per share. The retail investors are required to bid for a minimum lot size of 50 shares, for which one has to make an investment of Rs 14,700. The investors applying in the NII category are mandated to apply for a minimum lot size of 14 lots and bNII portion applicants will have to bid for 69 lots.
The Denta Water IPO allotment is expected to be finalised on January 27, 2025. The refund process is likely to begin on January 28, while the shares are expected to be credited to the demat accounts of eligible investors on the same day. Denta Water shares will list on BSE, NSE with a tentative date January 29.
Denta Water and Infra IPO GMP
Denta Water IPO GMP is going string and indicates strong listing of the shares on the indices. Investorgain reported that Denta Water IPO GMP stood at Rs 165 on January 25 morning. With the price band of Rs 294, the shares are expected to be listed at Rs 459, indicating a gain of over 56 per cent.
The book running lead manager of the Denta Water IPO is Smc Capitals Limited, while Integrated Registry Management Services Private Limited is the registrar for the issue.
Denta Water and Infra is engaged in the business of civil engineering which engages in water revitalisation and groundwater recharging. Denta company implements projects that are focused on water revitalixation and groundwater recharging.
