Deputy CM Keshav Prasad Maurya warmly welcomed the Speaker of Lok Sabha and Deputy Chairman of Rajya Sabha at Vidhan Bhawan.
Lucknow. Today, Uttar Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Keshav Prasad Maurya participated in the dignified occasion of the closing ceremony of the 86th All India Presiding Officers Conference at Vidhan Bhavan in Lucknow. There, Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla and Harivansh, Deputy Chairman of Rajya Sabha were presented with a bouquet and given a hearty welcome and felicitation by dressing them in Angavastra. After the welcome ceremony, the Deputy Chief Minister had an in-depth discussion and discussion with the dignitaries on various organizational issues and parliamentary traditions. Important points like sanctity of legislative functions and strengthening of democratic values were also discussed during the conference.

He said that Om Birla ji’s experience of grassroots politics and organizational structure is very extensive. As a Speaker he closely observes the legislative processes and government accountability, his suggestions to bring transparency and speed in the functioning make governance more effective. Through Parliament, he has been directly the center of discussions on public problems and their solutions.
Along with this, Shri Maurya ji also welcomed the Deputy Chairman of Rajya Sabha Harivansh ji and greeted him. He said that the Deputy Chairman, as a skilled editor and a common man, has long experience in connecting with people and taking them towards a common goal. Before reaching the pinnacle of politics, he also contributed in the field of journalism. As a skilled editor, he played an important role in vocally raising the problems of the society and spreading public awareness. His editing work reflects his ideological clarity. His deep understanding of legislative processes provides a better framework for bringing transparency and efficiency in government operations. He always talks about the upliftment of the last man which helps in making policies beneficial for the masses. Experience is a mirror in which we can not only see our present but can also improve the path of the future.
