Where in the government led by Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, almost the entire cabinet is millionaires. A minister has a revolver and a rifle registered with him, while someone’s very close wife or family member has crores of rupees deposited in his bank accounts.

The surprising thing is that the Chief Minister himself is far behind his ministers in terms of assets. From Deputy CM to senior cabinet faces, every name has different types of wealth associated with it. After all, which ministers of Nitish Kumar are so rich?

How rich is Nitish Kumar?

The total assets of Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar are only about Rs 1.65 crore. In this, movable property is worth about Rs 17.66 lakh and immovable property is worth Rs 1.48 crore. Compared to last year, his wealth has increased by only Rs 70 thousand. He has only Rs 20,552 in cash, which is Rs 500 less than last year.

Rama Nishad

Backward and Most Backward Class Welfare Minister Rama Nishad is at the forefront in this list in terms of jewellery. He has two kilos of gold and six kilos of silver. Her movable assets are around Rs 3.75 crore, while her husband’s movable assets are also worth more than Rs 2.30 crore.

Samrat Chaudhary

Deputy Chief Minister cum Home Minister Samrat Chaudhary is a millionaire. He has Rs 1.35 lakh in cash and Rs 17.45 lakh deposited in bank accounts. Apart from this, he has invested Rs 52 lakh. Not only this, he has a 1450 square feet flat, which is in his wife’s name, while he has registered non-agricultural land worth Rs 4.91 crore. The weapons include a revolver received from his father and an NP bore rifle. He owns a 2023 model Bolero and has 200 grams of gold worth Rs 20 lakh.

Sanjay Singh

Public Health Engineering Minister Sanjay Singh has Rs 85,000 in cash. Apart from this, he has a total of Rs 20.55 lakh deposited in different banks. Not only this, he also has a house, which is worth Rs 2.54 crore. Apart from this, his safe is filled with jewelery worth Rs 20.25 lakh. Arun Shankar

The total movable and immovable assets of Tourism Minister Arun Shankar Prasad have been estimated at Rs 2.55 crore. This includes movable assets worth Rs 78 lakh 12 thousand 314. Immovable property includes agricultural land worth Rs 82 lakh and residential house worth Rs 95 lakh.

Lakhendra Kumar

Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe Welfare Minister Lakhendra Kumar Roshan is also quite rich in terms of money. He has movable assets worth Rs 97,65,434. Not only this, movable assets worth Rs 9,58,255 are registered in the name of his wife, Rs 1.68 lakh in the name of his son and Rs 1,79,225 in the name of his daughter.

Surendra Mehta

Animal and Fisheries Resources Minister Surendra Mehta is also included in this list. A Fortuner worth Rs 57 lakh and a Tata Safari worth Rs 14 lakh add pride to his garage. Also, he has 5 grams of gold. Not only this, he has Rs 50 thousand in cash and his wife has Rs 20 thousand in cash.

• There are only two ministers in the entire cabinet who are not millionaires.
• Labor Resources Minister Sanjay Tiger has assets worth about Rs 32 lakh.
• Sugarcane Industry Minister Sanjay Kumar’s total assets are around Rs 23 lakh, in which most of the value is of his vehicles.
