Material: Boiled noodles 2 cups, Paneer 100 grams (in small cubes), Onion 1 medium
(finely chopped), tomato 1 medium (finely chopped or pureed), ginger-garlic paste 1 tsp, red chilli powder ½ tsp, garam masala ½ tsp, salt as per taste, oil 2 tbsp.
Method: Heat oil in a pan and fry ginger-garlic paste. Add onion and brown lightly. Tomato
Add more spices and cook the masala. Add cheese and stir lightly. Add boiled noodles. Cook on low flame for 2 minutes and serve.

Material: Boiled Hakka Noodles 2 cups, Onion 1 medium (thinly chopped), Capsicum ½ cup (thinly chopped), Carrot ½ cup (julienne cut), Cabbage ½ cup (finely chopped), Garlic 1 tsp (finely chopped), Green chilli 1 (finely chopped), Soy sauce 1 tbsp, Salt
As per taste, black pepper powder ½ tsp, oil 2 tbsp.

Method: Heat oil in a pan and fry garlic and green chillies. Add onion and fry till light golden. Add all the vegetables and fry on high flame. Add salt, pepper and soy sauce. Add boiled noodles and toss well. Turn off the gas and serve hot.

Material: Boiled noodles 2 cups, boiled potatoes 1 medium (mashed), onion 1 small (finely chopped), green chilli 1 (finely chopped), chaat masala 1 tsp, lemon juice 1 tsp, salt as per taste, oil 1½ tbsp.
Method: Heat oil in a pan and fry onion and green chillies. Add boiled potatoes and mash them lightly. Mix salt and chaat masala. Add boiled noodles. Add lemon juice and mix. Serve immediately.

Material: Boiled noodles 2 cups, mustard seeds ½ tsp, curry leaves 8-10 leaves, onion 1 small (thinly chopped), green chilli 1 (sliced), turmeric powder ½ tsp, salt as per taste, oil 2 tbsp.

Method: Heat oil in a pan and splutter mustard. Add curry leaves and green chillies. Add onion and fry lightly. Mix turmeric and salt. Add boiled noodles and toss. Serve hot.

Material: Boiled noodles 2 cups, butter 2 tbsp, tomato puree ½ cup, cream ½ tsp, red chilli powder ½ tsp, kasoori methi ½ tsp (crushed), salt as per taste.

Method: Heat butter in pan. Add tomato puree and cook. Add spices and kasoori methi. Add cream and keep flame on low. Add boiled noodles. Stir lightly and serve.
