Detailed discussion on the provisions of National Education Policy took place in Sonbhadra Diet.

Sonbhadra/Uttar Pradesh-

A one-day seminar on early childhood care, importance and challenges of education was held in District Education and Training Institute (DIET) Sonbhadra under the direction of DIET Principal/Deputy Education Director Mukul Anand Pandey. Teachers and DIET spokespersons from 08 primary schools from every development block of the district participated in the seminar.

In the program, the provisions related to early childhood education under the National Education Policy and their implementation, strategies for enrollment and stay in kindergarten and game, discovery and activity based teaching method were discussed in detail.

As expert speakers, Dr. Santosh Kumar Saini from Government Post Graduate College, Obra, Diet spokesperson Sunil Kumar Maurya, Shankar Singh and Jigyasa Yadav expressed their views. The program was conducted by Rajesh Maurya. There was active participation of DIET spokesperson Awadhesh Kumar Singh, Manoj Kumar Singh, Harivansh Singh, Hiralal Prajapati and other teachers in the seminar. The program ended with a vote of thanks to the participants.
