Dhar Bhojshala: High Court considered the disputed site as a temple.
Indore High Court gave a big decision on Friday (May 15) regarding Dhar Bhojshala. The court has considered the disputed site as a temple and said that Hindus have the right to worship. On May 12, the High Court had reserved its decision in this matter. Now city Qazi Waqar Sadiq has reacted to the court’s decision. He has said that we will read and understand the court’s decision. He also said that the Muslim side will go to the Supreme Court.
The High Court bench sat on Friday to decide on Dhar Bhojshala. The judge said that we express our gratitude to all the lawyers who assisted the court. The court said, “We looked at the facts, looked at the ASI Act. Archeology is a science. The findings based on it can be trusted. At the same time, the fundamental rights given under the Constitution also have to be seen. It was the center of Sanskrit education during the time of Raja Bhoj of the Parmar dynasty. There was a temple of Goddess Saraswati.”
High Court’s order on Dhar Bhojshala
This is a temple Hindus have the right to worship. The government and ASI should also consider making a system for Sanskrit education there.
As far as bringing the idol of Vagdevi back to India and installing it in the temple is concerned, the Central Government should consider it.
The Muslim party can apply to the government to provide space for the mosque. The mosque should be at such a place that there is no dispute between the two parties.
The High Court also said that the 2003 ASI order in which Muslims were allowed to offer namaz there is cancelled. ASI should continue the protection of that complex.
