‘Dharmendra Pradhan had offered resignation on the very first day’, Kailash Vijayvargiya’s big claim, also targeted at Congress

Indore. Madhya Pradesh Government Minister Kailash Vijayvargiya’s big statement has come out on the resignation of Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan amid the student agitation over NEET paper leak and alleged irregularities in the examination. He claimed that on the very first day of the student movement, Dharmendra Pradhan had offered to resign from the post of Education Minister, but at that time the BJP leadership had stopped him from resigning.

While talking to journalists in Indore, Vijayvargiya said that Dharmendra Pradhan always performed his responsibilities with complete honesty and dedication. According to him, at the very beginning of the movement, Pradhan had told the BJP President that he was ready to resign immediately if the party considered it appropriate. However, the party leadership at that time clearly told him that no decision has been taken on the issue yet, so there is no need to resign or discuss the issue.

‘When circumstances changed, he immediately resigned’
Kailash Vijayvargiya said that later when the situation changed and the party decided that Dharmendra Pradhan should step down, he immediately resigned without any delay. He called it an example of party discipline and responsibility.

Also claimed foreign conspiracy-
Vijayvargiya claimed that Dharmendra Pradhan’s resignation proved to be a step to foil the conspiracy of foreign forces who wanted to destabilize India by spreading violence. He said that such efforts have already been seen in countries like Bangladesh and Sri Lanka.

He said, “Dharmendra Pradhan’s resignation foiled the plans of those forces who wanted to destabilize India through violence. I congratulate him for his decision.”

Targeted at Congress-
Kailash Vijayvargiya also launched a scathing attack on Congress. He said that after the resignation of Dharmendra Pradhan, Congress is celebrating as if it is playing drums on the birth of a son in someone else’s house. He raised the question what was the real role of Congress during the student movement. According to him, the movement was started by the students and Congress only later appeared in their support.

He also claimed that the opposition was disappointed after the West Bengal Assembly elections and saw a political opportunity in the student movement.

Counterattack on Rahul Gandhi’s statement-
Responding to Rahul Gandhi’s comment regarding Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS), Vijayvargiya said that Rahul Gandhi still needs to understand RSS. He said that he is saddened by the political understanding of Rahul Gandhi and that the country is moving in the right direction, in which RSS has an important contribution.
