Dhurandhar roars loud as SS Rajamouli joins praise wave

This action drama, led by Ranveer Singh, has already stepped onto the path of becoming a superhit from its opening day, earning admiration across the industry.
Among them is the big name of S. S. Rajamouli, the director of blockbusters like RRR and Baahubaliand widely known for his exceptional talent and strong command over filmmaking.
The 52-year-old director, who is preparing to entertain audiences soon with Varanasishared a detailed review of Dhurandhar on his social media, openly expressing how impressed he was.
Taking to X, the ace filmmaker not only reviewed the sequel but also compared it with the first version.
He wrote, “I loved Dhurandhar-1, but The Revenge surpassed the original in both scale and soul.”
Calling the casting, technical execution, music, world design and direction of the film ‘flawless’, he pointed out the ‘emotional stakes that really ground it’.
The RRR maker further praised Aditya Dhar’s vision, noting that the filmmaker delivered beyond expectations and successfully kept audiences engaged despite the film’s lengthy runtime.
Rajamouli also lauded the storytelling for its gripping twists and emotional tension, describing the film as a bold cinematic achievement.
He added, “It takes guts to make and release a film 4 hours long. The audience is glued to the seat till the last frame.”
