Dia Mirza narrated a funny story related to Salman Khan in Farah Khan’s show.

New Delhi . Bollywood actress Dia Mirza recently shared an interesting and funny anecdote related to the early days of her career in the vlog of filmmaker and choreographer Farah Khan. During the conversation, Dia not only refreshed the memories of her home and career but also mentioned a funny incident that happened during the shooting of the film Tumko Na Bhool Payenge with Salman Khan.

Farah Khan had reached Dia Mirza’s house with her cook Dilip. During the conversation, Dia told that she had bought this house with the fees she received from her initial film Tumko Na Bhool Payenge. He said that this place is very special for him and he finds solace here away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

During the conversation, both of them also shared old memories related to the shooting of the film. Dia asked Farah if she remembered the song for which a crowd of lakhs of people had gathered during its shooting. On this Farah said that in those times artists did not have the facilities like today. Many times the artists had to change clothes behind trees or in makeshift places. Farah laughingly said that Salman Khan also used to change clothes there without any hesitation.

After this the most interesting part of the conversation came. When Farah told Dia that she should work with Salman Khan again, Dia narrated an old incident. She told that when she was just 19 years old, during a shooting, she saw the actress playing the role of Salman Khan’s mother in the film. Dia felt that the actress was very young in age and she mentioned this to Salman.

  • According to Diya, after listening to her, Salman Khan smiled and replied that don’t worry, one day you will also play the role of my mother. Hearing this from Salman, everyone laughed at that time. Even after years, Diya remembers this funny comment and she shared it in a very light manner.

Taking the matter further, Farah Khan also joked and asked her cook Dilip whether Diya looked like Salman Khan’s mother. To this Dilip replied that no, she looks like his younger sister. Hearing Dilip’s answer, everyone present there laughed.

This whole incident not only gives a glimpse of the old days of Bollywood but also tells what kind of friendly atmosphere used to exist among the actors on the sets. Salman Khan’s witty style and Dia Mirza’s simplicity brought this memorable incident into the limelight once again.
