Dilip Ghosh angry over Rahul Gandhi’s RSS statement, reminded him of Nehru ji’s story – ..
News India Live, Digital Desk: The round of allegations and counter-allegations never stops in Indian politics, and when it comes to Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS), the atmosphere is sure to get heated. Recently, Congress MP Rahul Gandhi had made some comments about RSS in America, on which politics has now intensified within the country. Senior BJP leader and former MP Dilip Ghosh has given a befitting reply to Rahul Gandhi.
Dilip Ghosh’s style has always been aggressive, and this time too he launched a sharp counterattack on Rahul Gandhi by bringing his family history into the picture.
“Even Nana ji could not stop the Sangh”
Dilip Ghosh raised questions on Rahul Gandhi’s understanding and said that he neither has correct knowledge of the country’s history nor does he recognize the strength of the Sangh. Turning the pages of history, Ghosh said that Rahul Gandhi’s maternal grandfather, i.e. the country’s first Prime Minister Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru, had also tried his best to destroy the RSS. They tried their best, but they too could not stop the Sangh.
Ghosh said that when veteran leaders like Jawaharlal Nehru and Indira Gandhi could not make even a dent in the Sangh, then what is the status of Rahul Gandhi? While talking, he also said that Rahul is still very immature in politics.
Why defame the country on foreign soil?
Dilip Ghosh’s anger was not limited to history alone. He also termed Rahul Gandhi’s visit to foreign soil and speaking against India and RSS as shameful. He says that people all over the world know what is going on in India and what the environment is like here. In such a situation, tarnishing the image of the country by going abroad does not suit a responsible leader.
Ghosh sarcastically said, “Wherever he (Rahul Gandhi) goes, he speaks only against the country, against Prime Minister Modi and against the Sangh. It seems that he has no other issue left.”
“The Sangh has always united the country”
Defending the RSS, the BJP leader said that the work of RSS has always been about nation building and uniting the society. He said that those who do not have knowledge of India’s culture and thoughts are the ones who abuse the Sangh. According to Dilip Ghosh, Rahul Gandhi should first understand his country properly and then point fingers at any organization.
What was the whole matter?
In fact, during his foreign trip, Rahul Gandhi had once again raised questions on the ideology of RSS and BJP. He had said that a particular ideology is trying to dominate in India. BJP has cornered him on just this issue.
Overall, this statement of Dilip Ghosh makes it clear that BJP is in a mood to respond to every attack of Rahul Gandhi by giving the example of his family and history. Now it remains to be seen what reaction comes from the Congress, but as of now, a war of words has started.
