Regularly after waking up in the morning Malasana should do It is a physiological condition, which helps in the elimination of waste or excreta from the body. Malasana has a positive effect on the digestive system. Therefore, if the digestive system is frequently disturbed, then Malasana should be done for 5 minutes after waking up in the morning. Doing this asana relaxes the muscles in the body, which allows stool to pass easily. You will stay healthy forever if the toxic dirt in the body gets out. In the Malasana position, the pressure of both thighs falls on the lower abdomen, which improves blood circulation to the internal organs and facilitates bowel movement. This provides relief from chronic constipation, indigestion and gas etc.

Severe knee pain
Hip or ankle disease
Recent fracture
Acute disc prolapse
Balance problems
