Disney Plus announces a bunch of k-dramas in 2025, check here

DisneyPlus promises a schedule full of different genres, amazing casts, and gripping stories as it prepares to debut some of the most anticipated K-dramas in 2025. These unique shows appeal to a broad spectrum of viewers, ranging from supernatural action and investigative journalism stories to historical dramas and revenge thrillers.

1. Knock Off

The protagonist of the tale is Kim Seong Jun, a regular guy who loses his job as the economy is rocked by the IMF crisis. In the late 20th century, he made the bold decision to enter the counterfeit products trade because he had few other options. He goes from being a struggling guy to being the world’s king of counterfeit goods by guile, tenacity, and a thorough understanding of the industry.

2. Moving 2

Teens with secret superhuman abilities and their parents, who each have a terrible secret from their pasts, are at the center of the first season’s plot. It will star Cha Tae Hyun, Han Hyo Joo, Zo In Sung, and Ryu Seung Ryong.

3. The Manipulated

The Manipulated, written by Oh Sang Ho is about Tae Joong, a regular guy whose life is turned upside down when he is wrongfully imprisoned after being wrongly accused of a terrible crime. Tae Joong starts an unrelenting quest for vengeance after discovering that Yo Han was the mastermind behind the tragedy.

4. The Murky Stream

From a mobster to a legendary figure, the story explores themes of ambition, power, and redemption while providing an engrossing look at the struggles and victories that influence his development. Chun Sung Il will write the script and Choo Chang Min will direct the production.

5. Unmasked

The plot, which was directed by Yoo Seon Dong, revolves around an investigative reporting team under the direction of Trigger, a producer who is fiercely independent and a team leader who is motivated by justice. Together, they fight to prevent the termination of their endangered program while uncovering the secrets behind enigmatic occurrences.

6. Low Life

This humorous adventure, which is based on Yoon Tae Ho’s webtoon The Hooligans (쌌인), takes place in the 1970s and follows an uncle and his nephew as they try to get away from their careers as counterfeit traders. They go off on a bold treasure search in the West Sea with a group of other ambitious locals, motivated by avarice and the attraction of a fabled treasure ship.

7. Nine Puzzles

A detective and a profiler team up to look into a string of serial killings connected to an enigmatic event that occurred ten years ago in this suspenseful mystery thriller. Yi Na, who is currently employed as a profiler, was charged with killing her uncle eleven years prior. She investigates the case with her former accuser, Detective Han Saem, in order to learn the truth about the murder.

8. Hyperknife

The story revolves around the world’s leading neurosurgeon, Choi Deok Hee, and his former student, Jung Se Ok, a once-talented physician whom he kicked out of his operating room. Se Ok, who is currently a shadow doctor working in an illicit clinic, suddenly runs across Deok Hee again, rekindling their tumultuous romance.
