District Magistrate held a review meeting of prosecution work, NCard, law and order and enforcement work.

Bhadohi – Under the chairmanship of District Magistrate Vishal Singh, the review of prosecution work, NCard, law and order and enforcement was done in detail in the Collectorate Auditorium. In the meeting, the DM instructed Joint Director Prosecution Rajpal Kaithal and all the Assistant Prosecution Officers, Additional Government Advocates and Prosecutors to make rapid progress in the execution of the related cases.

The District Magistrate said that it is the responsibility of all of us to provide justice to the victims, and also to identify important and serious cases related to Excise Act, POCSO Act, NDPS Act, SC-ST Act, murder, dacoity, rape, Arms Act and ensure their execution. Take timely action for this. It should be the priority of all of us that we can provide justice on time. The District Magistrate said that for the execution of the cases pending in the court, coordination among all the concerned parties is necessary. Therefore, it is important that all parties contact in time to obtain the necessary documents or reports.

In the meeting, the District Magistrate gave instructions to take effective action on cases related to crimes against women and POCSO Act. The District Magistrate directed the prosecution officers to effectively prosecute the cases in the courts to get the criminals involved in criminal cases punished.

In the review meeting of prosecution work and law and order and enforcement, special emphasis was laid on points like illegal arms, Excise Act, sensitive sections, gangsters, drug trafficking etc.
Received updated information about Chief Minister Farmer Accident Scheme from the Market Secretary. Also, the enforcement work done by Excise, Commercial Tax and Weights and Measures departments was reviewed.
