According to Kamlani, the water tank of the flight is rarely clean. They are very dirty. He told that this same water is used to make coffee and tea, which can prove to be harmful for health.

Not only this, he told that even the coffee machine of the flight is not cleaned properly until it gets damaged. Kamlani said that although the pots of the machine are definitely changed during flights, yet the entire machine is not cleaned properly.

For baby milk, do not pour hot water directly into the bottle
Kat Kamlani has given tips for parents to prepare milk for children while traveling in the plane. He says that to prepare milk in bottles for babies, one should never ask for hot water and pour it directly into the baby's bottle. Instead, pour bottled water and separately bought hot water into a cup and then prepare the baby's bottle.

He also suggested that you consume only cold drinks in the flight or fill your flask with hot drinks from a vendor at the airport before boarding.
