New Delhi: Kriti Sanon and Kajol’s much-anticipated mystery thriller, Do Pattiwas released on Netflix on Friday, October 25. The film has received mixed reviews so far with many applauding the performances but giving a thumbs down to its “predictable” screenplay. In the film, Kajol plays the role of a cop who is on a mission to solve a murder. Kriti Sanon plays a dual role – a good sister and an evil sister.

Kriti Sanon and Kajol starring Do Patti has been shot in three locations in India – Mumbai, Himachal Pradesh, and Dehradun. The shooting of the film began in August 2023 in Mumbai and the film shows some beautiful locations of the City of Dream.
The movie also shows the beautiful hills and valleys of Himachal Pradesh’s Manali with winding roads filled with Deodar trees and mist-covered mountain views. Several other movies have been shot in Himachal Pradesh including Jab We Met, Roja, Highwayand 3 Idiots.

About Do Patti
Do Patti revolves around twin sisters Saumya and Shailee, who have dark secrets. Their life takes a turn when a police inspector Vidya investigates a murder case. The film narrates the story of Saumya and Dhruv, who are head over heels in love with each other but tension rises when Dhruv is arrested in a murder case. It turns even darker when the other evil twin returns to the life of the other.
Directed by Shashanka Chaturvedi and written by Kanika Dhillon, the film also stars Shaheer Sheikh, Tanvi Azmi, Brijendra Kala, and Prachee Shah Paandya, among others.
