Do you cook marinated fish and meat? If you do these mistakes but taste soil!

Cooking is good because of the quality of the cook. And those cooks believe in marinating fish, meat or cheese first to make it delicious. Marinating fish or meat in the right way, for the right amount of time, undoubtedly increases its flavor manifold. But it is absolutely not desirable to make a few mistakes during marination. Only then will the results be reversed. Eating will be soil!

Usually fish, meat or cheese is marinated with spices and oil. And if the cooking is like tandoor, then water should not be given in it at all. Rather, if curd is used in marination, it should be used after draining a little water.

If you want, you can marinate the meat and keep it in the fridge for the whole night. But don’t put spices on the fish for so long. Because marinating fish does not take much time. A few hours are enough for this. Otherwise, it is likely to become bitter.

Fish, meat or cheese should not be oversalted during marination. Because you can easily give it while cooking and also get a chance to taste if it is done properly. On the other hand, if the salt is too much when it is raw, it can make the cooking taste bad if it is adjusted later.

Do not leave the fish or meat in the heat after marinating. It can cause damage. Rather, such food should be kept in the refrigerator. Then it will be fresh. It is better to use glassware when seasoning fish, meat, and cheese.

Do not open the container after marinating. Try covering it with transparent foil paper or a steel or glass lid. Not only does it keep insects or flies away, it also keeps the musty smell intact.
