Mayank Trigun, Moradabad. Today, on the occasion of International Yoga Day, a unique confluence of health and awareness was seen at the Gorgeous Society located at Kanth Road, Moradabad. A special health camp was organized here to give the mantra of staying healthy to the people struggling with busy life and bad lifestyle. In this camp, people were not only taught yoga asanas but were also told how to eradicate diseases through Ayurveda. On this special occasion, there was tremendous enthusiasm among the local residents and a large number of people came to know about their health.
Actually, this health camp was organized under the joint aegis of Vedic Mantra Wellness Hub (Chaukori, Uttarakhand) and the famous Shri Madhav Clinic of Moradabad. The real objective of the program was to make people understand how dangerous diseases can be avoided by adopting naturopathy and right lifestyle, without any side effects.
Learn tricks to stay healthy in yoga session The camp started with a very energetic atmosphere, where renowned Ayurvedacharya Sangeeta Negi conducted a special yoga session. He made the people present there practice various yogasanas and told how just a few minutes of yoga can completely change our physical and mental health. He also stressed the importance of pranayam for relieving stress and increasing concentration.
Treatment of chronic diseases with Ayurveda Senior doctor Dr. Puneet Sharma took charge in the camp. He felt the pulse of the patients coming to the camp and gave them free Ayurvedic consultation. In today’s times, poor digestion and lifestyle related diseases have become common, Dr. Sharma paid special attention to these problems.
