If you like momos then there is no need to give up them completely. Just control the quantity, prefer steamed momos and accompany it with salad or fibre-rich food. This will give you pleasure in taste and will not put extra pressure on the digestive system.
There is no scientific evidence that the flour of momos sticks in the intestines. But consuming excessive amounts of flour and high-calorie momos can increase problems related to digestion, weight and blood sugar. Therefore, consuming it in balanced quantity is considered the best option.
