Washington: America's newly elected President Donald Trump will take the oath of office tomorrow, Monday, January 20. On the eve of his swearing-in ceremony, he is attending various events in Washington celebrating his return to power and the success of his 'Make America Great Again' campaign. In view of these programs, strict security arrangements have been made in the city. Donald Trump will take the oath of office and secrecy as the 47th President of the United States on January 20. Posting on his personal social media platform, he wrote that 20th January cannot come sooner than this! Everyone, even those who initially opposed President Donald J. Donald Trump kept with tradition and spent Saturday night at Blair House, the president's official guest residence on Pennsylvania Avenue across from the White House. He arrived at the Blair House after attending a party at his golf club in Sterling, Virginia, about 30 miles west of the city.
Special arrangements for the swearing in ceremony
Trump flew from his Mar-a-Lago residence in Palm Beach, Florida, to Washington on a special C-32 aircraft, a military version of the Boeing 757. Since, he was on board the plane as the President-elect, it was named 'Special Air Mission 47'. When the President is on board, this plane is known as 'Air Force One'. Trump will spend the entire day in Washington for the first time on Sunday after the election. Meanwhile, he is scheduled to address a rally in the Capital One area after laying a wreath at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier at Airlington National Cemetery. Due to the severe cold, Trump has directed to shift the venues including the swearing-in ceremony and other events to closed spaces. He will also attend a candle-light dinner event in the night.

Politicians from all over the world have been invited for this special event. External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar will participate in this ceremony from India's side.
