The tweet revealed the names of eight political prisoners held in Iranian jails, including Nargis Mohammadi, Sepideh Gholian, Javad Ali-Kordi, Puran Nazemi, Reza Khandan, Majid Tavakkoli, Sharif Mohammadi and Hussein Ronaghi.

The Trump administration’s tweet further said, the continued detention of these people is a matter of grave concern. We demand that the Government of the Islamic Republic immediately release all these prisoners.
