US Secretary of State Marco Rubio has confirmed this and said that the Trump administration is busy finalizing preparations for his proposed visit to India. In an interview given to news agency IANS at the White House, Marco Rubio said that he himself is monitoring the preparations for President Trump’s visit to India. He said that he will visit India later this year so that the arrangements related to the proposed visit can be finalized.

Rubio will come to India at the end of the year-
Marco Rubio said that he will visit India by the end of this year in connection with preparations for President Trump’s visit. He indicated that President Trump’s visit to India is proposed early next year, preparations for which are going on at a fast pace.

India-America relations will get new strength-
Rubio said that relations between India and America are in a very strong position at present. Referring to the recent meeting of President Trump and Prime Minister Narendra Modi during the G-7 summit, he said that the strategic and economic cooperation between the two countries is continuously strengthening.

According to the US Secretary of State, work is also going on rapidly towards finalizing the bilateral trade agreement between India and America. In such a situation, President Trump’s possible visit to India can give a new height to the economic, strategic and diplomatic relations between the two countries.
