Double attack of cold in Delhi-NCR, Bihar and mountains, weather will be miserable for the next four days.

Even today, there will be effect of cold wave in many areas of Delhi. The Meteorological Department has issued a yellow alert for January 14, which means there is a need to be careful of cold and fog. Dense fog in many states
There was strong sunshine for a few days in Uttar Pradesh, but now winter has again taken hold. The Meteorological Department has warned of dense to very dense fog in many parts of the state. There will be light to moderate fog in the morning in Lucknow, but there will be sunshine during the day. No major change is visible in the weather for the next four days. Especially in the districts of Western UP like Agra, Aligarh, Meerut, Saharanpur, Moradabad and Rohilkhand, cold wave may prevail at night and there is a possibility of frost. Farmers and people should be careful, because cold can cause damage to crops and health.
Red alert-like atmosphere of cold wave in Bihar
Cold has started showing its colors in Bihar also. Cold wave alert is issued in many districts like Patna, Siwan, Buxar, Arrah, Chhapra, Jehanabad, Gaya, Bhagalpur, Purnia, Katihar, Araria, Kishanganj, Khagaria, Begusarai, Samastipur, Lakhisarai, Darbhanga and Madhubani. The fog will also be very dense here, due to which traffic and travel may be affected in the morning. People are being advised to wear warm clothes and be careful while leaving the house.
Waiting for snowfall in Himachal Pradesh
There is still cold in Himachal Pradesh. Kukumseri area of Lahaul-Spiti was the coldest, where the temperature reached minus 9.6 degrees Celsius. Yellow alert of dense fog and cold wave continues in seven districts including Chamba. The good news is that snowfall is expected from January 16, which will be good for tourism in high altitude areas, but traffic may be affected due to accumulation of snow on the roads.
Temperature drop and rain expected in Uttarakhand
There will be a sharp drop in temperature in Uttarakhand also today and tomorrow. In areas like Nainital, Haridwar, Rishikesh, Mussoorie, Rudrapur, Uttarkashi, the temperature may decrease by 2 to 3 degrees. After January 15, there is a possibility of light rain at some places, which will increase the cold even more. People in hilly areas need extra warm clothes and caution.
