1 big bowl of curd
2 boiled potatoes
1 small onion
2 teaspoons sesame seeds
2 finely chopped green chillies
finely chopped coriander leaves
¼ teaspoon red chili powder
¼ teaspoon coriander powder
¼ teaspoon black pepper
Salt to taste

This is the way to make Nepali Chukauni

To make Nepali Chukauni, first whisk curd in a bowl. After this, add one teaspoon red chili powder, teaspoon coriander powder, teaspoon black pepper and salt according to taste.
