Drone Acknowledgment Number
After registering the drone, you are given an acknowledgment number and you will always have to keep this number with the drone. This is the unique identification number of the drone.

India's air space is divided into three parts: Green Zone, Yellow Zone and Red Zone. There are different conditions for flying drones in each of these three zones.

To fly a drone you must have a remote pilot license. This license is obtained after completing training and passing the test.

green zone
Talking about this area, you can fly drones here without permission, but to some extent. In this area, you can fly the drone up to a height of 400 feet or 120 meters. To fly a drone at a height higher than this, you will need authority.
yellow zone
This comes to the next level in airspace. If you want to fly a drone in this area, you will have to take permission from the traffic control authority. Areas falling within a radius of 8 to 12 kilometers of an operational airport come under the Yellow Zone.

These are the areas where there are strict restrictions on flying drones. These come in very sensitive areas, like military bases. Here only permission from the Central Government is required to fly drones.
