Dry Fruit Kachori: Diwali means lots of fun and lots of delicious dishes. Diwali festival will be celebrated on 31st of this month. And its preparation has already started in everyone's house. Material

  • Flour – 1 cup
  • A pinch of parsley
  • Asafoetida – a pinch
  • Sugar-2 tsp
  • Raisins – a few
  • Almonds and cashews (chopped) – 10 to 12
  • Peanuts-2 tsp
  • White sesame – 2 tsp
  • Poppy seeds and coconut (grated)- 2 tsp
  • Red chilli powder- 1 tsp
  • Fennel- 1 tsp
  • Salt – as per taste
  • Dry mango powder – half teaspoon
  • Green chilli (chopped) – 2
  • oil for frying

Method

1. To make Dryfruits Kachori, first mix flour with a pinch of salt, carom seeds, 1 teaspoon lukewarm oil and lukewarm water and knead it.

2-Now cover this dough with a cloth and keep it for 10 minutes. For the filling, mix all the ingredients except raisins and cashew-almonds and grind them in a mixer.

3- Now add cashew-almonds and raisins to this mixture. Take a thick ball of kneaded flour, fill it with 1 teaspoon of filling and seal it well, giving it the shape of Kachori. Heat oil in a pan and fry the kachoris on low flame until they turn golden. Your dry fruits kachori is ready.
