Ingredients of Cashew Barfi

250 grams cashews
250 grams sugar
240 grams milk
Silver vessel (for making barfi) greased vessel

How to make cashew barfi

To make cashew barfi at home, first prepare a paste by mixing cashews and milk together. Add sugar to the paste. Cook on low flame. When the sugar dissolves, boil the mixture once. Keep stirring the mixture on medium flame. When the mixture starts leaving the sides of the pan and becomes like a kneaded dough, remove it from the flame. Take out on a greased vessel. Freeze into pieces about ¼ and 1/8 thick. Apply silver work on top. Leave to cool. Cut into diamond shapes or desired shapes and serve.
