The epicenter of the earthquake was found 13 km away from Kharsawan district of Jharkhand. It is being told that earthquake tremors were felt at 9.20 am on Saturday. As soon as the earthquake felt, people came out of their homes and panic spread among the people. However, no casualties were reported due to the earthquake. No casualties have been reported yet.

Earthquakes of more than 7 intensity can also occur here, which can cause major devastation.
