But at the same time, after making it, its taste and nutrition will remain the same as that of carrot halwa which takes hours to prepare.

Carrot – 4 to 5

Chopped nuts – half bowl

Ghee – 2 tablespoons

Raisins – 3 spoons

Milk powder – 2 teaspoons

Saffron – a few strands

Milk – 1 bowl

Powdered sugar – 4 to 5 tablespoons

Cardamom powder – half teaspoon

Wash and peel fresh carrots thoroughly. Then grate the carrots finely. Grated carrots play a big role in the purity and taste of halwa, so grate them properly. If you have a food processor, this will make the job even easier.

Now add 2 tablespoons of ghee in a pan and heat it on medium flame. Add grated carrots to ghee and mix well. Fry the carrots in ghee for 2 to 3 minutes, so that its flavor comes out clearly.

After frying the carrots, add 1 cup milk to it. Mix the milk well with the carrots, cover and let it boil for 6 to 8 minutes. When the milk reduces to half and the carrots become soft, slow down the flame.

Now add sugar in it. After adding sugar, mix it well and let it cook for a few minutes. After this add cardamom powder, which will give a special aroma to the halwa. If you wish, you can also add a little saffron, which will make the color and taste of the halwa even more wonderful.

If you want a creamy texture in the halwa, you can add 2 tablespoons milk powder. This will make the pudding thick. Mix well and let it cook for about 4-5 minutes.

Now add cashews, almonds, pistachios and raisins. Mix them well in the halwa. Dry fruits not only enhance the taste of halwa but also enhance its nutrition.

Now let the halwa cook for 6-7 minutes on medium flame, so that all the ingredients mix well and the halwa becomes a little thick. Keep stirring occasionally to prevent the halwa from burning.

When the halwa is completely cooked, turn off the gas and serve it hot, add some ghee on top to enhance the taste.
