Material
- Chicken Kheema – 500 gms
- Onions – 2 finely chopped
- Tomatoes – 2 finely chopped
- Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tbsp
- Green Chillies – 2 finely chopped
- Turmeric – 1/2 tsp
- Red Chilli – 1 tsp
- Coriander cumin powder – 1 tsp
- Garam masala – 1/2 tsp
- Salt – as per taste
- Oil – 2 to 3 tbsp
- Coriander – finely chopped
- Lemon juice – 1 tsp (optional)

- For this, first of all, heat oil in a pan, add onions and fry until golden.
- Add ginger-garlic paste and green chillies and saute till the raw smell goes away.
- Now add tomatoes and cook well till masala leaves oil.
- Add turmeric, red chillies, coriander-cumin powder and salt and mix the masala well.
- Add minced chicken to it and saute for 5–7 minutes on medium heat.
- Cover and cook for 10–15 minutes, stirring in between.
- Finally add garam masala and lemon juice and stir well.
- Garnish with coriander and serve hot.
- Chicken keema tastes amazing with chapati, sorghum bread, pav or naan.
