Material

  • Chicken Kheema – 500 gms
  • Onions – 2 finely chopped
  • Tomatoes – 2 finely chopped
  • Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tbsp
  • Green Chillies – 2 finely chopped
  • Turmeric – 1/2 tsp
  • Red Chilli – 1 tsp
  • Coriander cumin powder – 1 tsp
  • Garam masala – 1/2 tsp
  • Salt – as per taste
  • Oil – 2 to 3 tbsp
  • Coriander – finely chopped
  • Lemon juice – 1 tsp (optional)

  • For this, first of all, heat oil in a pan, add onions and fry until golden.
  • Add ginger-garlic paste and green chillies and saute till the raw smell goes away.
  • Now add tomatoes and cook well till masala leaves oil.
  • Add turmeric, red chillies, coriander-cumin powder and salt and mix the masala well.
  • Add minced chicken to it and saute for 5–7 minutes on medium heat.
  • Cover and cook for 10–15 minutes, stirring in between.
  • Finally add garam masala and lemon juice and stir well.
  • Garnish with coriander and serve hot.
  • Chicken keema tastes amazing with chapati, sorghum bread, pav or naan.
