When to avoid or eat in limited amounts

  • If headache, skin rashes or stomach cramps occur after eating almonds, contact a doctor immediately.
  • People taking certain antibiotics should also avoid almonds.
  • Even for normal people, almonds should be eaten in limited quantities. According to Dr. Anamika, 4-5 almonds a day Are enough.

How to eat almonds in the right way

  • Soak almonds in water overnight.
  • Eat them only after removing their peel in the morning.
  • By eating in this way, nutrients are easily absorbed and there is less pressure on digestion.
