ECB took a big decision for Indian fans, ENG vs IND T20 series matches will now start from this time.
Delhi: The England Cricket Board has decided to change the timing of the first three matches of the five-match T20 series against India in July. This has been done so that more and more people in India can watch this match on TV. This is sure to increase the earnings of broadcasters and the cricket boards of both the countries.
Let us tell you that the Indian team’s tour of England will start from July 1. Both the teams will face each other in the first 5-match T20 series. After this, a 3-match ODI series will also be played between India and England.
Changes in timing of matches
According to media reports, the first three T20 matches which were to start at 6:30 pm England time (ie 11:00 pm Indian time), will now start at 5:30 pm (10:00 pm Indian time). Due to the change in time, these matches will end by 2 am instead of 3 pm, which will make it easier for Indian fans to enjoy them.

There will be no change in the timing of the last two matches of the series
The last two T20 matches of the series will be played at their scheduled time. Both these matches will start at 2:30 pm local time (7:00 pm Indian time), which will be held on 4th July at Old Trafford and on 11th July at Ageas Bowl. This decision to change the timing of the matches has been taken after discussions between the host England Cricket Board, BCCI and broadcasters.
