Ingredients to make Egg Rolls

To make egg rolls at home, you will need 1 cup flour, salt to taste, half a teaspoon of sugar, oil, black pepper powder, 2 onions, green chillies to taste, chaat masala, tomato ketchup, chilli sauce, lemon juice and egg.

  • To make egg rolls, first mix salt and sugar in the flour and knead it well and keep it covered for 15 minutes.
  • After 15 minutes, make dough from the dough and make a slightly thick roti.
  • You can also make this roti in the style of Lachha Paratha but more oil is used in it.
  • Now bake this roti from one side on a hot pan and flip it to the other side. Make sure that the roti is cooked well.
  • Now break an egg over the roti and add salt and chilli to it and spread it on the whole roti.
  • Now flip the roti with the egg side and apply oil. Bake the roti by pressing it well.
  • After baking it well from both the sides, take it out in a plate.
  • Just like in the case of eggs, add onion, green chillies, chaat masala, black pepper, lemon juice, tomato ketchup and chilli sauce.
  • Now roll this roti and serve it hot. You can also eat mayonnaise with this egg roll.
