11\2 cups hot water
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon cardamom powder
2 tbsp ghee
2 tbsp chopped dry fruits (cashews, raisins, almonds and pistachios)
1/4 cup dry coconut
How to make Kimami Vermicelli
To make Kimami vermicelli, first of all you have to take vermicelli. Now take some ghee in a pan and heat it. When the ghee becomes hot, add vermicelli in it and fry it. Fry it until it turns golden. When its color changes, take it out and keep it aside. While frying vermicelli, keep in mind that the gas should be very light otherwise it will burn.
When vermicelli is roasted, add coconut and dry fruits in the same pan and fry. When these are also roasted, remove them and keep them aside and now comes the turn of the syrup. To make syrup, pour water in a pan and add sugar in it. Keep stirring it until it dissolves properly. Keep in mind that it does not have to be completely thickened yet.
When it is cooked, add roasted vermicelli to it and cook on low flame for 5 to 7 minutes. When the water dries well, add cardamom powder and mix. Finally add roasted dry fruits and mix. You can simply serve Kimami Vermicelli to the guests at home.
