Eknath Shinde's big statement before voting in Maharashtra, said – I am not in the race for the post of CM
Mumbai Just before the voting in Maharashtra Assembly elections to be held on November 20, the Chief Minister of the state Eknath Shinde has given a big statement. He said that he is not in the race for the post of CM. While telling a news channel, CM Shinde said that I am not in the race for the post of Chief Minister, but I will become CM only through Mahayuti. Let us tell you that recently, Union Home Minister Amit Shah had also said that after the assembly elections, the allies of Mahayuti will decide who will be the next Chief Minister of the state. Eknath Shinde has been the Chief Minister of Maharashtra for almost two and a half years and Devendra Fadnavis and Ajit Pawar are serving as Deputy CMs in his government.

During the interview, Maharashtra CM Eknath Shinde fiercely attacked Congress. He asked when will Rahul Gandhi call Balasaheb Thackeray the Hindu Hriday Samrat? Taking aim at Uddhav Thackeray, Shinde said that he joined Congress only for his own selfishness. He had stabbed BJP in the back. If Bala Saheb were alive today, he would have asked his son Uddhav to go to the forest and take wildlife photographs. Voting is to be held on all 288 seats of Maharashtra on November 20 and along with Jharkhand and other by-election seats, the results of Maharashtra will also be known on November 23.
This time Mahayuti and Maha Vikas Aghadi are face to face in Maharashtra. BJP, Eknath Shinde faction's Shiv Sena, Ajit Pawar's NCP are part of the grand alliance, while Mahavikas Aghadi includes Congress, Sharad Pawar's NCP and Uddhav Thackeray's Shiv Sena. In the last two-two and a half years, a big change has been seen in the politics of the state. First of all, in the year 2022, Eknath Shinde had rebelled against Uddhav Thackeray and became the Chief Minister with the help of BJP. Most of the Shiv Sena MPs and MLAs also left with him. At the same time, last year there was a split in the NCP when Ajit Pawar rebelled against uncle Sharad Pawar and joined the Maharashtra government.
What did Amit Shah say about the post of Chief Minister? Recently, Home Minister Amit Shah had also given a statement regarding the next Chief Minister of Maharashtra. He had claimed that the ruling Mahayuti will return to power in Maharashtra with full majority and after the assembly elections, the alliance partners will take a decision on the post of Chief Minister. Amit Shah said that right now Eknath Shinde is the Chief Minister. After the elections, the three alliance partners will take a decision on the post of Chief Minister. Let us tell you that in the 2019 elections in Maharashtra, BJP had become the party winning the most seats, but then Congress, Shiv Sena and NCP together formed the government, in which Uddhav Thackeray became the CM, but the government fell after two and a half years.
