Electronic Sector: Electronic sector received from this scheme booster dose, 92000 people will get employment

New Delhi : The government wants to boost the country's economy through many schemes. In this connection, the government has planned to invest to promote the electronics sector and to create employment opportunities in this sector. The government has currently fixed the components incentive scheme. Under this scheme, planning of Rs 23,000 crore has been made to invest Rs 23,000 crore in the coming 6 years in the electronic manufacturing sector, which is expected to provide employment to about 92000 people.

This scheme started by the IT ministry may be a second scheme after PLI to promote employment. The scheme may include display modules, lithium cell enclosures, resistors, sub assembly camera modules, printed circuit board assembly, capacitors and ferrites.

New employment opportunities

The central government plan is to increase direct jobs in the country, under which this scheme is being started. The government hopes that this scheme can get 91,600 direct jobs within 6 years. The government will invest from Rs 2,300 crore to Rs 4,200 every year to meet its target. Whatever companies will join under this scheme, they will have to meet production and job targets within the stipulated time.

Large scheme after PLI

After the PLI scheme, the government is watching this scheme to provide maximum employment to the people through components incentive schemes. According to the officers, there are big companies in the tech sector such as Apple and Samsung in the country, but the domestic value edition in them is 15-20 percent. Our target is to increase it from 30 to 40 percent.

Incentive will be available in 3 ways

Under this scheme, incentives will be given in 3 ways, the first will depend on operational expenses and the second will depend on capital expenses. At the same time, the third incentive can be given to these two. Where the operational incentive net will be given on the basis of incremental cell. At the same time, the capex can be given on the basis of eligible capital experienceder.
