Emergency’s box office collection on Day One is Kangana’s biggest opening since 2021-Read

Hyderabad: Kangana Ranaut’s long-delayed Emergency garnered Rs 2.35 crore on the opening Day on Friday. Compared to her other films, Emergency’s debut is one of her best.

Sarvesh Mewara’s 2023 aerial action entertainer Tejas, earned ₹1.25 crore on the opening day. Her 2022 action film, Dhaakad, earned ₹1.20 crore on day one at the box office. Before that, another political biopic, AL Vijay’s Thalaivi (2021) in three languages ​​– Tamil, Telugu and Hindi — grossed Rs 146 crore on the opening day.
