Emraan Hashmi again returns to the world of fear, a new style of horror will resonate with music in ‘Rooh’

These days he is busy shooting for his much awaited film Awarapan 2, but in the meantime his new film Rooh has been officially announced. The special thing is that this will not be a traditional horror film, but a musical horror, in which a unique mix of fear, emotion and music will be seen.

After about five years, Emraan Hashmi is once again entering the world of ghosts and mystery. Earlier he was seen in Dibbuk, which was released on the OTT platform. Now the announcement of his new film ‘Rooh’ has further increased the curiosity of the fans.

Emraan Hashmi is considered a strong face of horror films in Bollywood. In his career, he has created a special identity among the audience by acting in films like Raaz, Raaz 3, Ek Thi Daayan and Raaz: Reboot. The film ‘Rooh’ is being directed by Mayank Sharma. The story of the film has been written jointly by Mayank Sharma and Vishal Kapoor. Vishal Kapoor is earlier known for horror films like Lapachhapi and Chhori. This film is being made under the banner of Wicked Films, while its producers are Vikram Khakhar and Sunny Khanna. The makers have announced that ‘Rooh’ will be released in theaters in the year 2027 in Hindi as well as Tamil and Telugu languages.

According to him, this film combines modern horror, emotions and music in a very effective way.
