ENG W vs AUS W Final Scorecard: ICC Women’s T20 World Cup 2026 The final is being played today, July 5 between England and Australia women’s cricket teams. The match is being played at Lord’s Cricket Ground in London. Both the teams have reached the finals after performing well throughout the tournament. In this thrilling match, Australian captain Sophie Molyneux won the toss and elected to bowl first. England’s women’s team got off to a disappointing start after losing the toss; Both the openers returned to the pavilion with the team’s score only 32 runs. After that, captain Nate Syver-Brunt and Alice Capsey saved the innings and took the team to 67 runs.

Batting first, England Women’s team raised their total in the allotted 20 overs. Captain Nat Syver-Brunt played a brilliant unbeaten knock of 58 runs for England. During this excellent innings, she hit five fours in 53 balls. Apart from Siver-Brunt, one other player contributed an unbeaten 44.
Lucy Hamilton took the first wicket for Australia. Lucy Hamilton, Sophie Molyneux, Annabelle Sutherland and Kim Garth took one wicket each. No other bowler could take a wicket. Australia now need 151 runs in 20 overs to win the match. Both the teams will aim to win this match and clinch the Women’s T20 World Cup title.
