Euler Motors entered the LCV segment, this model is equipped with ADAS technology

New Delhi : Changes are being seen in the automobile sector in India every day. The electric vehicle manufacturing company of this sector, Euler Motors, has entered the light commercial vehicle segment. Also, the company has launched 2 electric 4 wheeler vehicles on Wednesday. Which can meet the needs of different customers.

The company currently sells electric three-wheelers. Now the company has introduced two Storm EV models, which have been specially developed to meet the requirements inside and outside the city. Euler Motors Founder and CEO Saurav Kumar said that currently the share of EVs in the total sales of small commercial vehicles i.e. SCVs in the country is less than one percent.

Commercial Vehicle Segment

He said the company would like to grow the overall electric SCV segment and then achieve a market share similar to its current market share in the electric three-wheeler segment. “In three-wheelers we have been able to achieve 20 per cent market share in the cities we operate in. We would also like to achieve a similar share in the small commercial vehicle segment,” Kumar said.

Storm EV T1250

He said Euler will first launch the two new models in seven major cities like Delhi, Chennai, Mumbai and Hyderabad and later introduce the products in various other cities where it currently operates. The company has launched Storm EV T1250 for intra-city driving at a showroom price of Rs 8.99 lakh. It can run for about 140 km on a single charge and can carry a load of 1,250 kg.

ADAS Technology

The second model Storm EV LongRange 200 can be taken out of the city as well. It costs Rs 12.99 lakh. Its load capacity is also 1,250 kg but it can be driven up to 200 km on a single charge. Kumar said that both the models have been introduced with ADAS technology and assistive features for night visibility, among other features.
