Ingredients to make Pizza Puffs: For Dough: 1 cup flour, 2 spoons of oil or butter, a little salt and water. For Stuffing: Finely chopped onion, capsicum, sweet corn, boiled peas and grated mozzarella cheese. Sauce and spices: Pizza sauce, chili flakes, Oregano and salt as per taste.Method of preparation: Step-by-step guidePrepare the dough: Add flour, salt and oil for kneading in a vessel. Knead a stiff dough with the help of water. Cover it with a wet cloth and leave it for 15-20 minutes. Prepare the stuffing: Take all the finely chopped vegetables in a bowl. Add pizza sauce, cheese, oregano and chili flakes to it and mix well. Make sure that there is no water left in the stuffing. Shape the puffs: Now make small balls of the kneaded dough and roll them into a rectangle shape. Place a spoonful of stuffing in the center and apply water on the edges and cover with another layer.
