DGP suspended Susmita Magar in exercise of power conferred vide Rule 840 of PMR-1940 with immediate effect based on the report submitted after a disciplinary proceeding against her.
During the period the order remains in force, she will remain under the disciplinary control of the I.G of Police, SR, Brahmapur and will draw the S.A. and D.A. as admissible under Rule 90 of Orissa Service Code.
