Housefull 5 actress Soundarya Sharma admits she is not a fan of Bigg Boss even though she is a part of the show

Soundarya Sharma, who rose to fame with Bigg Boss, is now in the headlines after getting an important role in Akshay Kumar's film Housefull 5. Soundarya is extremely excited to have bagged a role in such a big franchise and she spoke exclusively to Zee News about the film and whether Bigg Boss has helped her in her career.

When asked about getting an important role in Housefull 5, Soundarya said, “I am very thrilled to be a part of this franchise. I used to dance on the songs of Housefull in my childhood, but I did not know that one day I would become a heroine in the film of this franchise.”

When asked how being a part of Bigg Boss helped her career, she said, “It helped and I am saying this from the perspective of someone who is not a fan of Bigg Boss, but being a part of Bigg Boss Used to be. It has helped my career, but I wasn't taking everything for granted. And then the advertisement came, but let me tell you that I had signed the advertisement even before doing Bigg Boss. But it seemed like it came after the show. My experience inside the Bigg Boss house was not very good because I am not a person who can fake. Whatever came to my heart, I did.”

He further added, “I have to thank my god sister Wardha Nadiadwala and she believed in me. He cast me in Housefull 5 after watching my showreel. So I am very grateful because even if you are talented, people don't give you work”.

When it comes to star kids like Alia Bhatt and their reign despite their films not doing well, “They are definitely given the platform, but in the end, people will decide no matter what. Yes, as outsiders we work very hard, and their films also flop, they already have films ready, but it doesn't matter to me because I know my reality. I can't feel bad about their privilege and there are a lot of people who have achieved this despite being outsiders. So focus more on what I have.”
