EXO to host fan meet in 2025 post Kai and Sehun’s release from military service
EXO is set to hold a fan meeting in 2025. Member Suho engaged with the audience live on Instagram on December 23. He sneaked in the phrase “EXO fan meeting” when talking about the attire required for his forthcoming encore performance, SU:HOMME. When the leader announced that they will be holding a full-group fan meeting in 2025, the audience was instantly captivated and eager for further updates.
He added, “Kai and Sehun are still doing their national service duties, so please wait a bit longer,” instating that the meet will be scheduled after the duo are freed from the enlistments.
Kai, meanwhile, will come home in February 2025 after starting his mandatory military service back in May 2023. Sehun, however, is scheduled to be released in September 2025. Until December 2023, he was the final member of his band to re-enlist.
The highlight of Suho’s Instagram live was his endearing conversation with Lay, a former member of EXO who left the group in 2016 due to a disagreement with SM Entertainment.
Fans still support his solo ventures after his departure, as does Suho, his former bandmate. As soon as he saw Lay had joined the live stream, he said, “Hi Lay, long time no see.”
Suho had a very busy year at work, with numerous concerts across the world and the release of new music. He returned as a solo artist in June with his third mini-album, 1 to 3. In addition, he conducted his 2024 SU:HOMME Asia tour, which included stops in Seoul, Manila, Hong Kong, Taipei, Bangkok, and other areas.
The EXO member traveled to India in October and performed for the first time at the K-WAVE Festival in Bengaluru and Mumbai. He is currently preparing for his 2025 follow-up shows.
